Residential appointment: $100 AUD per appointment.
Commercial email-responsive lead: $250 AUD per lead.
Commercial lead supplied with an electricity bill: $350 AUD per lead.
Residential pay-per-sale pricing: available by agreement; no standard fee is published.

These listed rates do not establish other payment, tax or billing details. Confirm all applicable terms directly before a campaign begins.

To agree in writing

Confirm the campaign conditions first.

The business has not supplied standard terms for lead acceptance or replacement, exclusivity, volume commitments, target-area limits, delivery timing, invoicing, payment timing, cancellation, taxes or dispute handling. These must not be assumed from the listed price.

Before accepting payment or starting paid work, TJB Marketing and the client should confirm the qualification definition, lead fields, delivery method, pricing, billing and any remedies in a written agreement. A lead or appointment does not guarantee a sale, installation or revenue.
